Pulled out of a funeral procession for seat belt tickets

Recently a Car was pulled out of a funeral procession and all 5 in the car received seat belt tickets. The Sheriffs Office involved  felt totally justified. “We’re out here trying to prevent funerals, not disrupt them,” said Dave Reagan of Spokane County Sheriff’s Office-Komo news Spokane, Washington.

“Those five tickets took 12 minutes to write. By the time Ross and his family members got back on the road, the burial was over……”

“The family members admit they weren’t wearing their seat belts, but say it shouldn’t have cost them the chance to say goodbye.”

“It’s a stage in our life where you want to give your last respects and hear the final prayers and the closing of the ceremony,” Shirley Ross said. “We missed that and it’s something I’ll remember for as long as I live. And I think it was just uncalled for.”

Sadly baby who "wakes" before funeral dies.

Sadly baby who "wakes" before funeral dies.

Sadly it needs to be stated that the baby who woke up before the funeral has died. The premature organs were not enough to sustain life. The highest cost at  a funeral is the death of the person involved. Even a premature baby.

From the BBC.Com.

A baby who was found alive hours after being declared dead at a hospital in Paraguay has lost his fight for life.

Angel Salvador weighed only only 500g (17.6oz) when he was born four months prematurely last week.

The boy was declared dead by medical staff but discovered to be alive by his father when he was taken home for a funeral wake.

But medical staff said he had now died as his vital organs were not strong enough to survive.

istock_000005013797xsmallRecently a premature baby who died woke up right before the funeral. This is truly a lower cost funeral because the funeral was canceled. There was some debate as to whether this was a miracle or a just a hospital error.

From the BBC.com

A doctor who works at the hospital’s maternity unit said staff had tried to revive the baby for an hour before declaring him dead.

“His pulse was so low that it was undetectable,” Aida Notario said.

According to medical records, the baby weighed only 500g (17.6oz).

The smallest on record was an American baby who weighed just 280g (10oz), born at less than 22 weeks.”
