IFDA Defends Preneed Funds, Fees In this article it was revealed that in a 2008 E-Mail the IFDA Prophesied its own lawsuit(s) and demise.
“But if you, our members, get nervous and start withdrawing your trust funds or filing lawsuits, it’s all over. The Trust, and perhaps even the IFDA, will not survive.”
In a response to this E-Mail I posted a blog post. “Will the IFDA lay off Everyone like NPS.”
So the one who prophesied about the IFDA lawsuit(s) and its own coming lower cost funeral(demise) is the Illinois Funeral Directors Association.
This reminds me of the old joke, talk of my demise(death) is greatly exaggerated.
Let it be said that the talk of the IFDA’s demise is not exaggerated but indeed likely!
